As Adapt Group is a full service digital agency we provide a wide range of services among others are: Digital business strategy, web development, mobile app development, user behavior analysis, design and optimisation towards conversion.
What are the latest projects or activities you are working on?
Currently we have a few existing projects that we are working on upgrading to Drupal 8 & React Stack which is a fun and challenging process with a steep learning curve. Furthermore we have just started defining new digital strategies for some new and interesting clients.

The ecommerce site was developed on Drupal and its a great case simply because Sportmaster was ready to innovate and has expanded from the smallest to the largest source of revenue in just two years.

The new online community that was developed on Drupal, accommodates new games that gamers can not find elsewhere. Adapt created the solution on both a technical and conceptual level. The goal is that it becomes the place where all gamers go when they want to know what is happening in the game world.

The digital platform was one of the biggest projects for Adapt and now works as a great tool to manage the content and features DSR provide to their union members.
Please share some good “lessons learned” from your company's or your personal experience?
Prototyping is a good way to handle complexity and retrospects is definitely worth the investment in time when collecting insights from a finished project process to transfer knowledge to new projects.
