Meet our GOLD sponsor - ADM interactive
We have asked some questions to Rain Benrot, COO and partner at ADM interactive, so you can get to know the sponsors of #DCBaltics!
What are the main services your company provides?
ADM Interactive's services are:
- Digital strategy and service design - how to integrate digital solutions into a company’s service/marketing mix
- UX and design - UX/UI concept, design, prototyping and testing
- Development (front-end and back-end)
- Managed Cloud Hosting (Amazon AWS and Google)
- Digital campaigns and media (planning, buying, analytics and creative production)
- Mobile solutions (responsive, hybrid and native)
What are the latest projects you are working on?
Our Drupal team is actively working on different projects. One notable project is finalising analyse and prototype phase of a large main website for the Estonian Ministry of Finance. Soon we will be moving into development phase.
Simultaneously there are two large intranet solutions on the analysis stage for the Estonian Tax and Customs Board as well as for the Estonian Ministry of the Interior.
Most business critical and biggest challenge today is finalising a large and complex website on Drupal 8 for Amnesty International. In addition, there are everyday duties for supporting a client facing website of SEB Baltics.
As for the rest of ADM - a couple of current projects are Bosch & Siemens Homegroup’s websites and campaigns in the Nordics, development of the e-self-service centre and websites of the security company G4S and Coca-Cola campaigns in the Baltics.
What are your company's greatest successes so far?
Our team is the most experienced Drupal team in Estonia who has been developing Drupal since 2007. After the merger with Fenomen, ADM is the biggest and probably also the most experienced Drupal competence centre in the region.
ADM Interactive is biggest Estonian digital agency with over 90 full time employees and is ranked as the number 3 agency in terms of revenue just behind two media agencies.
We have worked extensively to make ADM the best place to work the employee happiness index is currently 91%. We are amongst the top 20 employee and family friendly companies in Estonia. Moreover, we recently moved to our new office which is located in an old electricity plant/culture centre Kultuurikatel. The house is located in the centre of Tallinn just beside the sea and next to the Old Town, with more than 800m2 of recreational space, meeting rooms and co-working areas.
We have launched a Start-up Business incubator where also our team members can participate with ideas of their own as founders or as part of tech team of an external start-up. This gives us access to agile and innovative projects.
Please share some good “lessons learned” from your company's experience?
Our managers have concentrated more and more on managing people and their engagement and happiness, we have worked with our company values and are focusing more how to develop the different strengths of our team members – this has improved the employee satisfaction index by a lot. ADM is a cool place to work and grow. In addition to that our key value is partnerships and working together with others. This has given us the possibility to take on big projects outside of the Baltics together.
