Introducing a process to share a canonical set of configuration files on a multisite set-up, using Config Split to manage the differences between sites.

Audience: Developers or teams that have a need to spin up a common configuration as a starting point for many sites, but also need to allow for differences between them as the sites develop and grow while keeping ongoing maintenance and development as unified as possible.
